Q : When will I receive my order if placed over the Easter Holidays?
A: All orders place after 1.00pm on Thursday 28th March through the Easter weekend will be collated & shipped on Tuesday 2nd April. If any products from orders are OOS you will receieve an email containing an ETA on your order.
All transactions are carried out in Australian dollars. International Customers - your final bill will be determined by the exchange rate used by your credit card provider.
Orders from Outside Australia - Export Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars Inc. GST. Please note, your credit card will be authorized through ANZ eGATE gateway at the point your order is processed, then charged upon your order receipt. Overseas orders are not subject to GST.
Our website is secured by Go Daddy. If you are still concerned about ordering online, our customer service team will be happy to take your order over the phone, call them on 1300 572 733. We also accept PayPal.
Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. Australian orders will be delivered by Australia Post eParcel
All local orders have a minimum charge of $8 per order which will cover the initial 2kg, (large, bulky items weighing more than 2kg will be charged at an appropriate rate per kilo. Any applicable freight charge will appear at time of checkout before order is submitted). Products that qualify for free shipping have a green "Free Shipping" tag on the image. If multiple products are purchased & 1 or more of those products incur a shipping cost, there will be a shipping calculated at checkout excluding the weight of the "Free Shipping" product.
International freight charges will apply to all orders placed from outside Australia. Overseas deliveries may be subject to import charges and other local taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs restrictions may also apply. Further information can be found here.
Order / Shipping Notification
Upon receipt of your order Players Edge Sports will issue you with an email notification shortly afterwards. Once your order has been shipped we will notify you again providing you with a consignment number and contact details should you wish to track your order with Australia Post eParcel..
Orders are dispatched from Players Edge Sports during normal business hours. If we anticipate a delay in your delivery will notify you by e-mail.
Some products may sell out at the time of ordering. If so we will inform you by e-mail with further options. We try our best to keep our site updated but with our extensive range of products this can prove challenging.
At Players Edge Sports we pride ourselves on our first rate customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the service you receive please send us an e-mail outlining your concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org A reply will be sent notifying you of what action is being taken and when it will be resolved.
